About the role

Join the team as an HR and Facilities professional based in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time position will see you play a key role in supporting the company's human resources and facilities management functions, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Oversee the facilities management of the office, including maintenance, procurement, and health and safety
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including reception, supplies, and administrative tasks
  • Provide HR-related support and advice to employees and managers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and/or facilities management role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using HR and office management software
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Passion for creating a positive employee experience
