Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Learning and Development Officer located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The HR Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs, and facilitating workshops and sessions. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals, provide coaching and mentoring, and measure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience with assessing training needs and developing training programs
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
