Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Executive to design, implement, and manage learning programs that drive individual and organizational growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess learning needs, create engaging learning experiences, and support talent development initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Program Development
- Design and develop learning materials including e-learning, workshops, guides, and blended learning solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) across various topics such as leadership, soft skills, onboarding, systems training, etc.
- Training Needs Analysis
- Collaborate with managers and teams to assess training needs and identify learning gaps.
- Analyze data from performance reviews, employee feedback, and business objectives to shape learning strategies.
- Project Management
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning programs and development initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery, budgeting, and evaluation of L&D programs.
- Evaluation & Reporting
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training programs.
- Continuously gather feedback and make improvements based on participant input and performance data.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with department leads, HR, and external vendors to align learning initiatives with business needs.
- Support change management efforts by promoting learning culture and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
- Experience with Technology or related industry.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, both face-to-face and online.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.), and virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in L&D, Instructional Design, or Coaching (e.g., ATD, CIPD, ICF).
- Experience with competency frameworks and career pathing.
- Familiarity with performance management and organizational development strategies.
- Passion for adult learning principles and continuous improvement.
