
Learning and Development Officer

JOB SUMMARY
The Learning and Development Officer will work with the Human Resources Department and coordinate with the Academic and Non-Academic Department of the institution in conceptualizing, implementing and evaluating Company-wide and department-specific process improvement and career development planned for the employee.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designs, builds and manages career pathways and competencies of employees. Able to propose and create tools and materials suitable for the career growth of employees
- Creates and manage the succession planning process and development outcomes for each department
- Designs, builds and manages new core skills learning suite from rank and file, supervisor, manager and leadership training and development
- Manages and enhances the company's policies, process and systems connecting under career development and growth
- Coordinates with external service providers in support of tools to be used for the programs of career development
- Deploys Company-wide employee engagement surveys and provides analytics and insights based on results
- Reports to the Human Resources Director for updates under Organizational Development
- Other responsibilities may deemed necessary by the supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
