Job description:

Job Responsibilities

· Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

· Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and within the Ad Standards Council (ASC) and PAGOR.

· Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

· Overseeing the company's marketing budget.

· Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

· Managing all Social Media

· Player Conversions and Retention

· Competitor Analysis

· Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

· Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

· Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

· Managing online marketing campaigns.

· SEO

· Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

· Creating a wide range of promotions and incentive bonuses

· Working closely with Brand Managers and assisting with new product launches.

· Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of current and upcoming marketing and promotions

· Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

· Analyzing and sourcing Affiliates

· Creating promotions for Affiliates

Job Qualification

· High level of expertise in iGaming marketing in the Philippines.

· Full knowledge of the requirements of the Ad Standards Council (ASC) and PAGOR

· Effective oral and written communications skills.

· Ability to lead a team

· At least 5+ years of experience in sales of Online Gaming products

· Strong analytical and project management skills.

· Confident and dynamic personality

· Has keen attention to details

· Has high value for integrity and honesty

· Possesses sense of urgency

· Excellent presentation and reporting skills

· Proficient in computation and numbers

Job Requirements

· At least 5+ years of work experience in iGaming marketing

· Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management or equivalent

· Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

· Above average in digital & online marketing, including social media,

· e-commerce, and content marketing.

· Advanced communication skills.

Experience Required

5 years of Online Marketing experience
