Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Manager
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution and performance tracking.
  • Oversee content creation, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media), and advertising efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (KPIs, ROI) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities as required.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO/SEM platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
