Marketing Manager

Job Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of all marketing, branding, communications, and public relations initiatives—both internal and external. This role leads the brand's positioning and merchandising efforts across digital and retail stores, with the goal of achieving revenue targets, enhancing customer engagement, increasing overall brand visibility, and driving market share growth.
The Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with other departments and all stakeholders to ensure impactful marketing strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Branding
o Develop comprehensive plans and calendars, and implement integrated marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and revenue.
o Execute brand positioning, storytelling, and merchandising across all channels.
o Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all platforms.
o Market Research: Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
2. E-Commerce
o Develop, implement strategies, and manage e-Commerce platform including all requirements, tasks and activities to effectively achieve sales targets.
3. Campaign Management & Communications
o Campaign Planning and Evaluation: Plan and deliver campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Establish clear, measurable goals for marketing campaigns.
o Marketing Communications: Oversee internal and external communications including digital, print, social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
o Brand Management: Ensure brand is consistent across all materials and channels.
o Digital Marketing Management: Manage social media accounts and optimize targeted email marketing. Manage digital ads covering tasks from search up to conversion.
o Content Creation: Work with creative teams to develop content and messaging.
o Budget Management; Allocate and monitor budget to ensure efficient spending
o Performance Analysis: track campaign performance using key metrics and optimize results
o Public Relations: Manage media, influencer and press management from collating, monitoring and analyzing data.
o Activations and Event Management: Plan and execute such into tangible activities that drive real business results such as events, installations, partnerships and collaborations.
4. Customer Engagement & Brand Growth
o Create initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty across digital and in-store experiences.
o Develop and implement loyalty programs with marketing initiatives that contribute toward improving client lifetime value and building client loyalty and retention.
o Strengthen the brand's market presence through creative strategies and innovative touchpoints.
o Leverage data to optimize customer journeys and improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
o Work closely with all stakeholders and internal teams to align marketing plans with business objectives.
o Support demand generation, conversion, and retention through aligned execution across functions.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
o Monitor campaign performance and customer metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
o Prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
o Communicate strategies, progress and results to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing at strategic and hands-on operational level
- BS/MS degree in marketing or related field
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Knowledge of and ability to apply marketing strategies to marketing tactics is critical
- Experienced in marketing, art direction, and social media management.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experienced in creating marketing materials from print to web; including writing, designing, and creating content by understanding the market and business climate, along with strong understanding / experience from the customer side.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
