Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for the IT and web development sector, identifying growth opportunities, defining target audiences, and setting measurable goals.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the strategy and performance of paid and organic acquisition, managing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce ad spend.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives, enhance the customer journey, and improve lead tracking and attribution.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of marketing performance, web traffic, and campaign metrics, delivering insights that inform strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement SEO and content strategies that improve keyword rankings, increase organic traffic, and align with Google search preferences.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.) to nurture leads and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Establish best practices for web analytics, event tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce ad spend.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Azure AI Fundamentals) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven success in managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), remarketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Proactive and creative thinker, capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with attention to clarity, tone, and impact.
