The Office Housekeeper / Stockman is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of the office, as well as assisting in the safekeeping, monitoring, and issuance of company materials and supplies. This position ensures that the workplace is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Tasks:

  • Clean and sanitize office areas, restrooms, pantry, and workstations daily.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, furniture, and windows as needed.
  • Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
  • Replenish restroom and office supplies such as tissue, soap, and cleaning materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and common areas before and after use.
  • Assist in general cleaning, office events, and basic errands as required.

Stockman Tasks:

  • Receive, record, and properly store deliveries, materials, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of office and construction materials.
  • Issue and release materials to staff based on approved requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Admin/Procurement for replenishment.
  • Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and labeled properly.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate.
  • With experience in housekeeping, stockroom, or warehouse work preferred.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Physically fit and able to carry light to moderate loads.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (or as assigned).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
