We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead a team of housekeeping staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain a welcoming and orderly environment for our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance department to address any repairs or maintenance needs in guest rooms or common areas.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper usage and storage.
  • Collaborate with the front desk to prioritize room cleaning based on guest check-in/check-out schedules.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping budgets, expenses, and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
