Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper, located in Makati. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including but not limited to cleaning rooms, common spaces, and restrooms. Additional duties include performing laundry tasks if needed & requested, managing cleaning supplies, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, and assisting with any additional housekeeping needs. The candidate will also play an important role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in performing Laundry tasks and maintaining high levels of cleanliness
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client and guest needs effectively
  • Organization Skills to manage time and tasks efficiently and maintain an orderly environment
  • Willingness to undergo Training to adapt to company standards and processes
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene protocols
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is an advantage
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
