The Office Housekeeping and Inventory Officer is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the office and warehouse premises. The role also involves managing and monitoring the company's supplies, office materials, and equipment inventory to ensure proper documentation, efficient usage, and timely replenishment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire office, pantry, restroom, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal following company and environmental guidelines.
- Regularly disinfect workstations, meeting rooms, and high-touch areas.
- Assist in office setup, rearrangement, and preparation for meetings or events.
- Monitor cleaning materials and request replenishment as needed.
- Report any maintenance concerns (e.g., plumbing, electrical, fixtures) to the Admin Officer for immediate action.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies, tools, and equipment using the company's inventory log.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests for replenishment in coordination with the Admin or Procurement Department.
- Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile with inventory records.
- Ensure proper labeling, safekeeping, and issuance of supplies and tools to authorized personnel only.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage and inventory area.
- Track usage and report discrepancies or losses immediately.
