About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our thriving call centre team. This full-time role is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and does not require any prior BPO experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
