About the role

This is a full-time Call Center Agent role with TASK AGENCIES INC' in Cebu City Cebu. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via telephone. No prior work experience is required, we welcome applications from recent K-12 or college graduates.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Actively seeking opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services
