About the role

E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES is looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join our dynamic call centre team as a Call Center Agent. This is a full-time role based in Cebu Central Visayas, and offers the opportunity to work for a leading provider of customer support services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and providing prompt, professional and courteous assistance
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing information about products and services
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Adhering to call centre procedures and performance standards to ensure a positive customer experience
  5. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. No prior work experience required - we welcome applications from recent graduates or career starters
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software to record and retrieve customer information
