About the role

Join our dynamic team at RICHSHIP MANAGEMENT (MANILA) INC' as a Call Center Agent. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. No prior BPO experience is required - we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries and requests
  2. Providing product and service information to customers
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries
  3. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
