About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as customer service representatives in our Cebu call centre. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, without any prior call centre experience required.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, handling a wide range of inquiries and resolving customer concerns
  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and suggest ways to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's development

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner; No BPO experience Required
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  • Adaptability and the willingness to learn, as you'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
