What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and measure training programs that enhance leadership and technical capabilities.
  • End-to-end recruitment for leadership and corporate roles, attracting top talent that drives business growth.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and employer branding strategies
  • Build HR analytics dashboards to track recruitment, retention, and training ROI.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for senior management, shaping strategic HR decisions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, or Business (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience spanning learning & development,  recruitment, and analytics.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and data storytelling.
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in fast-paced, complex environments.
