About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at the Borough Medical Care Institute Inc. in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and driving the strategic HR agenda for our growing organisation. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the company's business objectives
  • Provide expert HR guidance and advice to managers and employees on a range of people-related matters
  • Develop and monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of our people practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organisational challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function and the overall employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and labour relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR initiatives
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
