  • Create engaging  contents (posts, videos, graphics) aligned with employer branding guidelines
  • Monitor social media analytics to optimize reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing or design teams for creative assets when needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in recruitment branding
  • Proficient in managing major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube) and content creation
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Filmora, Adobe) with strong communication and copywriting skills
