Responsibilities:
Social Media & Employer Branding
- Manage official social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and timely response to inquiries
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote job openings and company culture
- Create engaging contents (posts, videos, graphics) aligned with employer branding guidelines
- Monitor social media analytics to optimize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing or design teams for creative assets when needed
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in recruitment branding
- Proficient in managing major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube) and content creation
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Filmora, Adobe) with strong communication and copywriting skills
