Why This Role Matters
As our HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of our talent strategy—finding, attracting, and engaging top talent who will drive the growth of SM Retail. You'll own the full recruitment life cycle and champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued and supported.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for your assigned business units and deliver exceptional results within agreed timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to clearly define role expectations and secure the right-fit candidates.
- Build strong talent pipelines and collaborate with our Talent Sourcing Team to proactively attract high-quality applicants.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist top talent for hiring managers.
- Prepare, negotiate, and extend competitive job offers.
- Bring our employer brand to life by educating candidates about the SM Retail culture, values, and opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey—from application all the way to onboarding.
- Craft and refine job descriptions as needed.
- Represent the company in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data through our ATS.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field.
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding, ideally from retail, agency/consulting, oil & gas, or related industries.
- Experience in both volume and corporate/niche hiring.
- Solid understanding of modern recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.
