Primary Responsibilities:

Talent Programs & Employee Development

  • Support the coordination and documentation of talent management initiatives such as:
  • Performance management cycles
  • Internal talent mobility and succession planning activities
  • Training, onboarding, and orientation sessions
  • Assist in consolidating feedback, attendance, and evaluation forms.
  • Help prepare simple slide decks, templates, and communication materials for talent initiatives.

Data Management & HR Systems

  • Encode and update candidate and employee data in HR systems, trackers, and shared files.
  • Assist in checking data accuracy across trackers (e.g., recruitment pipeline, talent profiles, program participation).
  • Support the extraction and consolidation of basic reports and metrics (e.g., number of applicants, hires, participants).

Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and checklists for talent processes.
  • Assist in identifying small process pain points (e.g., manual steps, duplicated work) and propose simple improvements.
  • Support efforts to streamline forms and trackers for better employee and candidate experience.

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
  • Coordinate with other HR and business units for information requests related to talent initiatives.
  • Handle general administrative tasks (e.g., file organization, calendar invites, email drafts) as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks and mini-projects that may be assigned by the Talent Management Specialist/Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be an undergraduate student, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent, willing to do his/her internship this November until February 2026.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources or Talent Management concepts (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management) from coursework or prior exposure.
  • Experience in school organizations, student councils, or committees handling people-related tasks (e.g., recruitment, membership, training, events) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
