Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
  • Source candidates through proactive outreach (LinkedIn, referrals, networks)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and alignment
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the hiring process
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple roles at once
  • Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or ATS tools
  • Passionate about people and creating great candidate experiences
  • Familiarity with HR policies and recruitment compliance is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
