RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports directly to the Owner/President.
  • Oversees the full spectrum of HR Department- All HR Facets, Policies and Procedures, Training/OD.
  • Design policies in compliance with local labor laws and governmental mandate.
  • Recommend to the Owner/ President HR programs and initiatve aligned to the Management's direction/objective.
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigend by the President.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With more than 10 years of experience as HR Manager.
  • Preferably from manufacturing , general services or construction.
  • Must have excellent skills in handling conflict resolutions and grievances.
  • Knowledgeable in various HR services and up to date with new HR trends.
  • Must have analytical skills.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills.
  • With strong background/experience in OD and Change Management.
