Job Description
I. ROLES
Supervise the development and administration of Human Resources & Admin programs, procedures, guidelines and services to be able to contribute to the realization of the company strategic goals by leading the development of department goals, objectives and systems, establishing departmental measurements and performance tracking, aligning the workforce with the strategic goals of the company and participating in executive and management meetings.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: At least Bachelor/ College degree, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Experience: Preferably with at least 5 years experience in all areas of HR and have worked in a manufacturing industry
- Skills: Excellent Presentation and communication skills; Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition and Compensation skills, Training and Organizational Development
- Attributes: Assertive and smart; with strong management and people skills, can negotiate, creative and resourceful, keen on details
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Binondo, Manila
WORK SCHEDULE:
Mondays to Fridays; 8:30AM to 5:30PM
