Job Title: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS data management. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

  • Participate in interviews and provide feedback to the HR team.

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints.

  • Assist with HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong academic record.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 6 months
