Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS data management. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Participate in interviews and provide feedback to the HR team.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints.
Assist with HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong academic record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 6 months
