Human Resources Generalist

►Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent.
►With at least two (2) years of experience in all facets of HR such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Timekeeping, Training, etc.
►Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
►Problem-solving skills and the ability to address employee issues and conflicts effectively
Recruitment & Selection
►Consolidate recruitment reports (e.g., plantilla, vacancy summary, masterlist).
►Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and endorsing candidates.
►Support onboarding: pre-employment requirements, HR orientation, company tour, and immersion scheduling.
Employee Relations
►Prepare ER reports (e.g., attrition, evaluations, tardiness, disciplinary actions).
►Assist in issuing disciplinary documents (e.g., NTEs, suspension, termination letters).
►Monitor merchandiser transfers and coordinate with partner agencies.
Timekeeping
►Assist in reviewing agency billing and coordinating corrections for pull-outs.
Training & Development
►Consolidate training reports and post-activity assessments.
►Support program conceptualization, facilitation, and execution.
►Help evaluate training effectiveness through follow-up studies.
Employee Engagement
►Assist in planning and executing company events and wellness activities.
►Support initiatives that promote company culture and employee morale.
Organizational Development
►Participate in departmental audits and process reviews.
►Assist in documenting organizational changes and improvements.
Other Duties
►Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
