About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resource Assistant to join our team at United Bearing Industrial Corporation in Binondo, Manila City. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the coordination and organisation of HR-related processes, Timekeeping, recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and employee records management
  • Participating in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse HR data, and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Maintaining employee files and records in a confidential and organised manner
  • Handling other HR-related tasks as assigned by the team
  • Fresh grad are welcome to apply.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive work environment
