Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing:Manage the full lifecycle of employee recruitment, from hiring and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Policy and Strategy Development:Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals, often consulting with executives on talent management strategy.
  • Employee Relations:Handle issues such as disputes, absenteeism, and disciplinary actions, providing advice and mediation.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Oversee payroll, benefits administration, salary reviews, and the development of attractive compensation packages.
  • Training and Development:Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and professional development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and internal policies, and develop procedures to foster a safe and equitable work environment.
  • Performance Management:Evaluate employee performance and implement programs to improve productivity and retention.
  • Data Analysis:Analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of programs and policies, informing future strategies.
