The Procurement Admin is responsible for supporting the company's purchasing and supply operations. This role ensures that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies. The position also involves handling materials intended for sale, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
- Request and compare quotations to ensure cost efficiency.
- Coordinate deliveries and verify receipt of goods and services.
- Handle, monitor, and maintain inventory of materials intended for sale, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all procurement and sales-related transactions.
- Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking procurement expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement and inventory policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the Procurement and Finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative functions (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with basic procurement systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
