Job description:

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to help with buying materials and services, and to support our billing and vendor payment processes. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who have good communication skills and an interest in procurement or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help prepare and process purchase orders
  • Communicate with suppliers about orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Check and track vendor bills and payments
  • Keep vendor and purchase records up to date
  • Work with other teams to collect purchasing needs
  • Support the team with general admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Basic knowledge of billing or vendor payments is a plus
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and email

Location: The Rockwell Ortigas Pasig City near The Medical City, 9am-6pm onsite
