The Learning & Development Associate shall generally be responsible for assisting the Learning & Development Officer in the management, administration and direction of Wealthbank Learning Institute (WLI), and providing administrative assistance in implementing and monitoring various training programs of the bank.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery
- Instructional Design
- Administrative assistance in Learning and Development functions of the bank
- Learning Analysis
- Job Analysis and Organizational Analysis
- Employee Development
- Other functions
Job Requirements:
- A graduate of BS/BS in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management or any Social Sciences program
- With at least 1 year of any HR Facet, preferable with learning and development background
- Registered psychometrician is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
