JOB DESCRIPTION

• Marketplace Management: Monitor and manage product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces. Optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
• Sales Growth: Execute strategies to boost revenue, analyze sales data, and adjust pricing and promotional tactics.
• Customer Success: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience and enhance loyalty.
• Inventory & Order Management: Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and ensure timely order fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Media Creation: Create promotional visuals, banners, and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.

COMPETENCIES

• Excellent command of both verbal and written English
• Familiar with marketplace dashboard is a bonus (For executing campaigns & promotions)
• Familiar with marketing mechanics and promotions
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing product listings, pricing, and customer interactions.
• Continuous learning attitude to stay updated about the latest trends and compliances across marketplaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php20,500.00 per month
