Brand and Marketing Associate – Promotions & Programs

Carlos SuperDrug is hiring a Brand and Marketing Associate who will focus on the execution of in-store promotions and marketing programs across our branches. This role directly supports the Brand and Marketing Department in bringing campaigns to life — from coordinating with suppliers and branches to ensuring regulatory compliance and proper fund management.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store promotions, thematic campaigns, and brand activations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, and store staff to ensure timely and effective campaign rollout
  • Support the processing and securing of FDA and DTI permits for all promotional activities
  • Conduct regular branch visits to audit promotional materials, ensure compliance, and gather feedback
  • Train store personnel on the proper implementation of marketing programs
  • Manage the revolving fund for marketing-related expenses, ensuring timely liquidation and compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing promotions or field execution
  • Knowledge in FDA and DTI permit processing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork
  • Trustworthy in handling and liquidating company funds
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php540.00 per day
