The Leasing and Lease Admin Supervisor is mainly responsible for generating budgeted mall revenues by achieving occupancy targets, ensuring excellent collection efficiencies and by managing lease contracts and other pertinent documents of all tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Graduate of any business-related course (management, marketing, economics )


• Must have excellent negotiation skills


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)


• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)


• Must possess high sense of responsibility and integrity


• Must be hardworking and can handle work pressure.
