We specialize in cognitive training programs and psychoeducational evaluations that give students the tools they need to thrive. We're seeking an Advanced AI-Powered Digital Marketing & Media Specialist to help us reach more families through innovative, AI-driven marketing.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a proven expert who can run high-performing digital campaigns, leverage AI video generation tools, and build funnels that resonate with parents seeking help for their children. You'll directly impact how families discover us, understand our services, and take the next step toward helping their child succeed.

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, and Google Ads, targeting parents and families.
• Produce engaging, family-focused video ads using AI video generation tools (Runway, Synthesia, Pika, HeyGen).
• Develop social and ad creatives that connect emotionally with parents while clearly communicating program value.
• Build and optimize sales funnels for both service-based (evaluations, training programs) and product-based offerings.
• Run A/B tests and integrate SEO + PPC strategies across all campaigns, funnels, and content.
• Manage Amazon/e-commerce platforms, optimizing listings and ads with family-friendly messaging.
• Conduct SEO research and publish AI-assisted, parent-focused content that drives organic search traffic.
• Track and report performance metrics (CPA, ROI, revenue) with a focus on family/education markets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record running successful campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok, and Facebook/Instagram.
• Demonstrated expertise with AI marketing tools, especially AI video generation.
• Strong experience with SEO, PPC, and A/B testing across channels.
• Ability to build and scale funnels for both services and products.
• Experience with Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a portfolio that shows measurable results.

• Base Salary: $1,500 USD per month (paid in PHP equivalent).
• Performance Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months, based on revenue growth, ROI, and CPA.

Benefits:

• Paid Sick Leave: Earned after 3 months, up to 5 days per year (non-accumulative). Certification from a healthcare provider required for absences of three or more consecutive days.
• Paid Time Off: 40 hours (5 days) per accrual year, available after approximately 30 weeks of employment. Unused days do not carry over.
