We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's receivables to ensure that payments are collected in a timely manner, and customer accounts are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable:
     Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions, ensuring that payments are received on time.
  • Billing and Invoicing:
     Generate invoices, credit memos, and statements in accordance with company policies.
  • Payment Collection:
     Follow up with clients on overdue payments, escalate unresolved issues, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
  • Reconciliation:
     Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of customer accounts and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved.
  • Customer Support:
     Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, payment status, and account issues.
  • Reporting:
     Prepare and submit reports on the aging of accounts, collections status, and outstanding balances to management.
  • Cash Application:
     Ensure that all customer payments are applied correctly and update accounts as necessary.
  • Internal Collaboration:
     Work closely with other departments (Sales, Finance, and Operations) to ensure accurate billing and resolve disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Management
  • Excellent communication skill (both oral and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software such as SAP system.
  • Flexible to work hours in order to complete tasks in required timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced environment
