Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist/Associate

Location: Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management

  • Generate and send accurate invoices on time in accordance with company policies and customer requirements

Payment Processing

  • Record and apply customer payments (electronic and manual) to appropriate accounts
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Collections

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment arrangements when needed
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to resolve payment concerns

Account Reconciliation

  • Reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies or billing issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions

Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on account status, collections, and aging summaries
  • Provide recommendations to improve the accounts receivable process

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and account balances in a professional and courteous manner

Compliance

  • Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data

Qualifications:

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Relevant Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
