Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Reports to: Finance Manager

NON NEGOS: Industry: SaaS/Ecommerce preferred(prio), but open to any industry

Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring that our company receives timely payments for services rendered. They should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Basic Qualifications:

● Academic Background:

○ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

● Relevant Work Experience:

○ Minimum of two (2) years or more in accounts receivable

● Skills and Knowledge:

○ Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.

○ Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

○ Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

○ A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
