As an HR intern, you will support the HR department by assisting with resume screening, scheduling interviews, and organizing employee engagement activities. You will also handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and supporting the onboarding process, to ensure smooth daily operations within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening incoming résumés and applications based on job descriptions and qualifications, and help in shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates by reaching out to them to confirm interviews, reschedule, or address cancellations.
  • Assist in preparing interview guides, candidate evaluation forms, and other materials necessary for the interview process.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain employee files, documents, and HR records.
  • Help with administrative tasks related to the onboarding process, including preparing welcome kits and assisting new hires.
