Human Resources Assistant

Job Purpose:
The Human Resource Assistant (Compensation and Benefits) will add value to the organization by serving as one of the main resources for employees regarding all benefit-related matters and work closely with the Human Resource Supervisor (Compensation and Benefits). He/She will be responsible for the effective management and administration of benefits processes for both government-mandated and company-initiated benefits. Up to date with new developments in compensation and benefits trends, legislation, and practices impacting the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports concerning statutory benefits.
- Process, administers and coordinates the timely filing and release of statutory and company-initiated benefits to all qualified employees.
- Assist employees' inquiries related to loans both for internal and external agencies and ensures timely release and deduction/s of such.
- Adhere to and communicate government agencies' regulations and procedures regarding employee benefits and claim.
- Participate in relevant HR responsibilities as assigned by the HR Senior Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder (Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field)
- At least 6 months of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Knowledgeable in government-mandated benefits.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and SSS & HMDF employer portals.
- Communication: Shares information in a confident and articulate way that suits the audience.
- Resilience: Is confident and persistent, remains calm and optimistic even under pressure.
- Implementation: Works in a focused and meticulous manner to execute to a high standard.
- Adherence: Prefers to follow rules, guidelines, and processes consistently.
- Teamwork: Works inclusively and prioritizes team goals, delivering on commitments.
- Must be willing to report onsite in MOA Complex, Pasay City.
