The HR Manager/Head will be responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources which include mass recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relation, and records management.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Human Resource Management with MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years in managerial capacity.
  • Preferably from a janitorial, manpower or similar industry.

Special Qualification:

  • In-depth knowledge of DOLE regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Has strong background in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment process.
  • Developing and implementing systematic and effective recruitment strategies for attracting talents.
  • Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
  • Mediating disputes and administering admin hearings.
  • Overseeing performance evaluations.
  • Providing feedback, coaching and support to HRD staff to help them improve their performance and be motivated.
  • Identifying training needs of the company through collaboration with the Off/Dep heads.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Managing the 201 file of members.
  • Analyzing HR data to assess trends to make sound decision for the department.
  • Leading the HR team and managing their performance.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to HRD staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php105,000.00 per month
