WE ARE LOOKING HR Officer for Recruitment

To be deployed at Boni, Mandaluyong City.

HRO's Job Description:

  • Involve in the recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, and interviews;
  • Actively hire and deploy employees, in compliance with recruitment process;
  • Assist onboarding for new employees and guide new hires through the pre-employment process to ensure proper and complete requirements;
  • Address deployed employee concerns, particularly related on salary, benefits claims, and leaves entitlements;
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records of new hires.

HRO's Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Preferably with experience in HR Recruitment (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Recruitment Skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
  • With laptop is required.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced work setting.
