Hiring: HR Officer

Location: Pasay

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Are you passionate about building strong teams, improving workplace culture, and driving HR excellence? We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Officer to join our growing organization in the rigging and heavy-equipment services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and government-mandated compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in policy creation, implementation, and enforcement
  • Coordinate training programs, evaluations, and performance management
  • Support timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and HR reports
  • Ensure overall HR operations run efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in logistics, construction, or manpower-heavy industries
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
  • Willing to work on-site and coordinate with field teams/workers
