Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Conduct impartial investigations on disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, code of conduct, and labor regulations.
  • Draft and issue disciplinary documents such as Notices to Explain (NTE), Written Warnings, and related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, the employee handbook, and disciplinary guidelines.
  • Coordinate with legal or compliance teams for cases involving potential violations of company policy or labor law.

Qualification/s:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or similar HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and employment practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.

Pay: Php111,111,111,111.00 per month
