Employee Relations Officer

Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Conduct impartial investigations on disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, code of conduct, and labor regulations.
- Draft and issue disciplinary documents such as Notices to Explain (NTE), Written Warnings, and related reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, the employee handbook, and disciplinary guidelines.
- Coordinate with legal or compliance teams for cases involving potential violations of company policy or labor law.
Qualification/s:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or similar HR function.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and employment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
