About the role

Int is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open roles
  • Screening and assessing applications to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Coordinating the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, background checks and offer negotiations
  • Maintaining an applicant tracking system and generating recruitment reports
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
  • Building a strong employer brand and candidate pipeline through networking and outreach
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and ability to leverage various sourcing channels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
