
Recruitment Specialist

The core mission of the Recruitment Specialist is to support the Talent Acquisition team in handling recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests. The Recruitment Specialist is also responsible for fulfilling manpower requirements across different service units within the organization, based on the required competencies and job qualifications outlined in the prescribed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across multiple channels to fill open roles efficiently.
- Develop and execute new sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to expand the applicant pool.
- Support Team Leaders in end-to-end recruitment: from phone screenings and interviews to onboarding.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date recruitment tracker/database.
- Conduct initial interviews and present a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare necessary documents, and manage candidate communications.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at every step.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience across industries such as Healthcare, Engineering, IT, Finance, Sales, or Corporate roles.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, HR tools, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Available to start immediately.
