About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for our clients across various industries. This role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills to ensure the successful placement of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on search progress and candidate feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to support long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role (agency or client-side).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month
