Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries through phone calls and walk-in visits, ensuring clear communication and professional assistance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Respond to customer inquiries through phone, online platforms (chat, email, or social media), and walk-in visits.
  • · Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • · Record, track, and escalate customer concerns or requests to the appropriate department.
  • · Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers across all channels.
  • · Document customer interactions and prepare simple reports as needed.
  • · Support basic administrative tasks related to customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or any related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in dealing with different types of customers.
  • · Tech-savvy and willing to learn new platforms and tools as needed.
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.
  • · Must be able to communicate well in English and Tagalog.
  • · Must be neat with good penmanship.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
