Location: MFI Building, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (Landmark: The Medical City)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: Monday (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
• Tuesday to Friday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Job Summary
MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Support Associate to join our Marketing, Sales, and Recruitment Department.
The role provides front-line assistance to students, parents, and partner institutions by managing inquiries, processing leads, and supporting enrollment campaigns and promotional events.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, ensuring excellent client service, and contributing to a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Handling and Client Assistance
- Respond to walk-in, phone, chat, and email inquiries about MFI programs and services.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to prospective students, parents, and partners.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Registrar's offices for application-related questions.
Documentation and Lead Management
- Record all leads and inquiries in the marketing database with complete and accurate information.
- Track applicant progress and ensure timely follow-up with the Admissions team.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, leads, and conversions.
Event and Campaign Support
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, orientations, and open-house activities.
- Handle registration, booth setup, giveaways, and other logistical preparations during campaigns.
Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns promptly.
- Disseminate announcements and promotional materials to prospective students and partners.
- Support phone, email, and digital communication strategies for client engagement.
Administrative Support
- Maintain proper filing of inquiry forms, contact sheets, and correspondence.
- Perform encoding, scanning, and documentation tasks related to marketing operations.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Department Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, marketing, or front-office work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer-literate; proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Working Conditions
- Based at MFI Ortigas, Pasig Campus.
- Full-time, on-site position with standard weekday schedule.
- May occasionally be required to assist during enrollment, orientations, or marketing events.
